The service center here is normally really good , I did have a problem with the last long trip I took where the tie rod nuts weren’t tightened properly and I had to seek service . Not upfront with you for what services you’re getting performed and cost! I was charged for tire rotation when I was unaware of service. I never received a multipoint inspection sheet on my vehicle, and performed and cost! I was charged for tire rotation when I was unaware of service. I wouldn’t recommend Toyota of Lancaster to anyone looking to have service done. I drove 45min to have my vehicle serviced only to be disappointed with they why things were handled. More
Way too expensive. All I needed was a duplicate key fob\remote. It cost over $300! Belatedly, I found out that Car Max would have programmed it for less than $100. Also, I had an appt. to program the remote and showed up 15 minutes early. It was almost an hour before they took my car. What was the point of making an appointment? Lastly, while I appreciate that the mechanic covered my seat in plastic, but it would have nice if they didn't leave it in the back seat. I'm used to that plastic being thrown away. This was my first experience with a Toyota Dealership and I will do everything I can to avoid going to one in the future. I will also warn my friends and colleagues at school. I gave 1 star, because at least the remote works. More
