I like that we can make appointments for “faster service”. I disliked when I was told that vehicles with less than 25K miles get priority over higher mileage vehicles even though they made an appoin service”. So what’s the point in making an appointment and still having to wait until after my appointment time to receive service? More

The customer service staff always changes. Most of them when I ask for pricing on they don't respond. The part department staff is deplorable especial one long time employee.
