I have had my 2018 Camry SE serviced at Toyota of Lancaster since moving to California from Texas in 2019. I needed a full service, and while in the shop, they discovered a nail in my tire. They were just about at the place they needed replacement so four replacement tires were ordered. They also found a wheel was damaged and ordered it for me too. When they came in, they got my car in and out quickly. They are very good at all forms of service and the attitude of employees is great! More
My feelings were hurt because I sat for 3 hours for a screw in my wheel well, and to get my splash guard secured underneath to avoid future problems. After an hour in a half, I checked to see if I had been forgotten for this simple task. I was not given any update,s o I waited patiently, assuming that it must've been really busy only to get my car back without the very screw I was told needed to be factor installed not to be fixed at all. The charge of $51 was refunded, with barely an insincere apology from the manager who was not aware of the full story. The employee that was responsible seem to be unconcerned. I'm still amazed that I didn't matter and was not considered as a customer. I'm really hoping no one else will be treated this way.. I don't need anything else. I would not recommend this location for fear that they can't be trusted to do a small job, how much more something more serious. More

I always get a good service on my vehicle at Lancaster Toyota but not always smooth through the automated appointment system. This time seemed smoother by calling for an appointment instead of trying to d Toyota but not always smooth through the automated appointment system. The check in upon arrival still needs work on the portal system but the greeters are awesome and welcoming and my service team member Gus works hard to make the experience smooth and positive. Always grateful for the exceptional service I’ve received from them for over a decade. More

Had an incident on the freeway. Took car to shop and was told it was damaged and how much it would be. Took it to TOYOTA and was told there was NO damage just a little scratch. Took to another shop and was told it was damaged and cost. 1st and 3rd shops told me aprox same price to fix it. All 3 were vew only and through insurance. So, I lost trust on Toyota. Sorry. More
Took to long to check me in. When gentlemen came to check me in in he didn’t introduced himself he just started taking pictures of my vehicle and didn’t even acknowledge me. Then when he asked what I was there for he quoted me $130. I explained I had a service plan and he said, oh then we won’t be doing an oil change. Whole think was not a great experience. When I came back to get my truck they had sent me an email with a bill and when I asked about it women kept trying to show me what her computer screen showed. She wanted me to sign something that was different and then when asked push to just get my keys and paperwork she said I had the email. Never got the printed copy of paperwork showing what was done and fluid level etc. Asked to talk to service manager and was told she was at lunch. It’s said that when I made this appointment I was told you all wanted to win over my business so I would do my service local. I think I will end up going back to Santa Clarita Toyota since I treated me like I have value. More
