I love Toyota of Lancaster. However I recently took my Tacoma in for mudflap install and step rail install. My appointment email told me to report at 7AM. When I was purchasing the vehicle, I told the salesman that there was weather stripping falling off of the roof. He said we would be able to correct this at a later date. I brought these to his attention and he told me to bring it in the following Wednesday because it was Saturday they were unable to detail the car and fix the weather stripping. I asked the salesman if I needed an appointment and he told me "no, just bring it in on Wednesday." I came in on Wednesday and waited in the service line for 45 minutes, only to be told that there was no service request put in and that I would need to wait for the salesman to input the request. The salesman was not coming in that day and I had to be at work. I drove for Rosamond to Lancaster, only to waste my time. I had to fix the weather stripping myself and my car was never detailed. I was promised that these issues would be resolved. I never received a callback, I am very upset with the lack of customer service. You sold me the car and I guess that's it. I will find another car dealership to purchase my next vehicle. More
