Scheduling difficulty but not insurmoutable Hard to schedule maintenance on line. After filling out my information and sending it I received a call from a new car salesman who wanted to sell me Hard to schedule maintenance on line. After filling out my information and sending it I received a call from a new car salesman who wanted to sell me a new car. However, as I explained to him I thought that I was scheduling my "paid for" vehicle maintenance. He transferred the call to a secretary who told me that the time I had requested didn't reach the service department and that the time I needed was no longer in existence on the day that I needed. She scheduled my next available date and ordered a new set of tires that I needed. When the tires were removed I got a call from the service department and informed me that I needed new brakes. Which I approved because I had just received the economic impact payment from President Trump. I think that the brakes are a testament to the quality of the car because the brakes were original equipment and they lasted 82,500 miles. More
I called to speak to an advisor to tell him about the problem. He made me an appointment 4 days later only to drop off my car get my own ride back home. I received a call late in the afternoon informing me my car needs to go to the body shop for the repair so I need to come pick up my car within an hour and a half and bring it back on Monday. We rushed to pick it up then brought it back on Monday. It was an entire week at the body shop. We were given a very low Corolla not comparable to my Highlander. During this Covid-19 epidemic, we were unnecessarily exposed to many people We could have been provided better service. These reasons are exactly why we won’t buy from your dealership. More
