Shorthanded and can’t say “yes” I had a great service rep who moved onto better things and now it’s difficult to get a Saturday appointment or even a call back, let alone a car wash I had a great service rep who moved onto better things and now it’s difficult to get a Saturday appointment or even a call back, let alone a car wash. Easy, Fast, Convenient I signed up for prepaid maintenance, so every oil change and milestone maintenance I make an online appointment to visit Lancaster Toyota. Everything I signed up for prepaid maintenance, so every oil change and milestone maintenance I make an online appointment to visit Lancaster Toyota. Everything is taken care of within about an hour and since everything is already paid for, I'm on my way quite quickly. I can walk to local shopping or take the shuttle. Very happy I selected this option. More
