Last visit for the 15k service took 3 hours It was just a basic inspection and tire rotation We weren’t updated or forewarned it would take so long and we did have an appointment Afterwards when we pick a basic inspection and tire rotation We weren’t updated or forewarned it would take so long and we did have an appointment Afterwards when we picked up our car the windows were left rolled down and the passenger seat was fully reclined like someone was relaxing or taking a nap in the car which explains why it may have taken so long, the 15k service does not require anyone to be in the passenger seat Also the tire pressures were not adjusted and the service light wasn’t reset More
