I received a mailer from them for a Free Service in April, when I arrived & was told my services expired & now I had to pay (scheduler should've informed me on phone 1st) nobody knew anything about FRE April, when I arrived & was told my services expired & now I had to pay (scheduler should've informed me on phone 1st) nobody knew anything about FREE Service mailer. I said I would've brought it. I received a follow up call after service & expressed my dissatisfaction, lady said a Service Supervisor would call but never did. Cost me nearly $200.00! More
