I had found it online, we checked it out, secured financing and really didn't spend too long there. Over all, a couple of hours well spent. True Customer Service I had been interested in a 2018 C-HR and took a test drive with Tim Patillo a couple weeks ago. There was no pressure to buy and he was very nice and I had been interested in a 2018 C-HR and took a test drive with Tim Patillo a couple weeks ago. There was no pressure to buy and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Fast forward two weeks and I get a bait and switch situation from a different Toyota dealership (very shady place, you should definitely choose Toyota of Louisville). Before I even leave the shady dealership I call Tim and tell him I'm on the way to see him. When I pull up at Toyota of Louisville, Tim is outside waiting for me and drives a beautiful silver 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Premium right up to me! From that moment on everything went so smoothly, from the credit and financing to driving off the lot with my new car! Truly great customer service and such nice people. I highly recommend Tim Patillo and Toyota of Louisville! You won't be disappointed! More

Most notably, Tim Patillo my sales representative, went above and beyond any past expectations I had with dealing with Toyota and car dealership personnel. I have owned 3 Toyota vehical prior to my most recent purchase so I had several criteria to compare. The most important to me during any purchase process is honesty. I did not second guess any discussion I had with Tim during my process. Tim is knowledgeable, honest, attentive to needs of his customers, hard working and all around a great person. In this changing vehical purchase market, with a suggested push to move away from dealer sales representatives, Tim exemplifies why the personal interaction is essential to a positive buying experience.
