"JOHN EMPLOYEE of the year"

I do not trust dealerships but John in the service department is an exceptions to all the rules. At least for me is a man of intrigrity and for that reason I do not do anything to my Toyota without checking with John first and he has not steered me wrong. I appreciate this man since I moved here from another state and did not know where to turn when had a problem with my previous Toyota and God directed me to John and I am grateful. Thank You

"Pathetic Customer Service"

Took my brand new Tacoma to them to fix the Blind Spot Monitoring as it stopped working the 3rd day I had it. Service department proceeded to tell me that I had to have done something as they do not simply stop working. They never even bothered to call Toyota. If they had, they would have found this can happen. They said I would have to pay for the repair. No one there seemed to care. It was simply the worst experience ever. I told the service manager this. He seemed to have cared less. Don't waste your time taking your care to their service department, even if it is brand new.

"Amazing Service"

You couldn't ask for better service. Nick Bryant has worked on both of my vehicles for years now. I live only a couple miles from the other main Louisville Toyota dealership but continue to take my vehicles to him because it's worth it. Not only is he honest and helpful but he truly cares about making sure everything meets your satisfaction. Service and maintenance is always performed in a quality manner and quickly.

He always provides an honest assessment of the necessary service and the work performed is on time and high quality. There is another Toyota dealership that is much closer to my home than Toyota of Louisville but I will continue to go out of my way so Nick can assist me with all of my cars.

"During my business trip to Louisville, I had a major car..."

During my business trip to Louisville, I had a major car problem. At least, for me it was major considering I was 4.5 hours away from home and by myself. I had called road side assistance and they jump started my car. I was attempting to get to a Toyota dealer (I have a 2012 Camry) when my car died, again, on the way to the dealership. The bad parts: my car won't start, I'm alone, and no one would help me. I was forced to call road side assistance again, because the Toyota dealership of OXMOOR would not WALK (yes, I was walking distance from them!) down to my car and jump start it so I could get it to their garage!!!! Thank God, Toyota of Louisville was willing to help me. I had my car towed to Toyota of Louisville. The wonderful staff of Toyota of Louisville offered to stay after hours and give me a ride to the airport so I could rent a car to get to my business meetings. They were wonderful. They had my car repaired the following day, they helped me return the rental car I had, and one person went above and beyond the call of service. I stated I was 4.5 hours away from home. Well, I'm from a very small town that does not have interstates or major highways. My GPS could not find the address to Toyota of Louisville, so Steve Escalatte, salesman, gave me directions over the phone about how to get to their dealership, then gave me his cell phone number in case I needed it. I GOT LOST! I called Steve for help, he calmed me down, and got me back on the road I was supposed to be on and to the dealership. He was waiting for me when I arrived and helped me get my Camry so I could go back to my motel. Toyota of Louisville, GREAT JOB! The staff was friendly, the dealership clean and well kept, and plenty of vehicles to choose from. Steve, I praise my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for you and all your help. You went above and beyond. Thank you so much. This may not sound like a huge ordeal to some of you. But, for a woman who grew up and still lives in the mountains and coal fields of Harlan County Ky, this was a very trying experience. If you're in Louisville and looking for a Toyota (I still recommend Camry, it was just a battery) go to Toyota of Louisville. Ask for Steve Escalatte and buy from them.

I had my 2011 Camry in for a blown head gasket. This dealership says it is my fault for leaving off the radiator cap. I didn't take it off. Of course with the BIG Toyota guys, you won't win. I now have to pay to have another motor put in my 1 yr. old car. I dealt with John Carbone, which he didn't seem to care either way. I even talked to him about my crappy tires that I had to replace at 15,000 miles, he didn't care about that either. No I am not a happy customer of Toyota of Louisville. They won't have to worry about seeing me again. THEY ARE CROOKS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
