Vinnie Mannella was a pleasure to do business with. Vinnie honestly and knowledgeably answered all of my questions regarding the vehicles I test drove and the sales process with Toyota of Naperville. After I purchased my vehicle Vinnie was very honest with me and told me that my remote starter did not work when he tested it out. He arranged to have the accessories department call me to set up an appointment to drop my vehicle off to be repaired and to take a loaner car for the day while it was being repaired. This particular starter was an after market product. The whole team of Toyota of Naperville employees lead by Vinnie "knocked it out of the park".
