Never heard back from him. I guess he doesn't care after he sells you the car and gets his good rating. He sure was calling me often to remind me to put my rating in. Now nothing!!! More

Highlander My wife and I went in for a Highlander on Saturday afternoon Mar 7. We already have a Prius from this dealership so we knew they were good. We worked My wife and I went in for a Highlander on Saturday afternoon Mar 7. We already have a Prius from this dealership so we knew they were good. We worked with Daniel Bourg and had a great experience. He was really helpful and personable and knowledgeable about the car and the options, and could NOT have been nicer to my wife and me. He also got us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He didn't make us feel pressured in any way at any time during the process, and was very patient and thorough. Even after they closed and he had a family to get home to after a very long day, he took his time explaining all the features and bells and whistles inside the car before we drove off the lot. When we are back for another car at this dealership we will request to work with Daniel Bourg. He was really top class. The only slight discomfort was the overall length of the process. We spent $45K on a car and were there five hours and had kids at home that had missed dinner. We weren't going to add any features or service plans if they were 50c for the year. Our aim was to get home. We had "information overload" and were unable to clearly comprehend what the options were after we had already bought the car and were just completely exhausted. One offering was exterior and interior protection which was a great deal and a great price but were just spent. The other was the service plan options, and again we had museum-head and couldn't process any additional information. I feel like dealerships in general should do that later in a follow-up. I would have at least been able to consider it with a clear head. I didn't want to say yes because I didn't know what it was and felt like I was being "sold". We ended up declining both offerings. I know that is those particular people's jobs and we also like to be supportive and open-minded and help people, but it was past the point where we were able to make rational decisions. I myself am in sales and part of it is timing, and if they would time it better I think they would sell more and make people feel better. That's must my four cents. I get it's a business. We felt bad not doing the plans - we were just completely overcooked at the time. Overall the 5 stands. Great people there all around. More

Go and see DJ Mallard for your next car purchase! I came in to Toyota of Naperville for a Used Car Purchase. Living in Iowa and doing financing I didn't really know how all this would work. Well, they I came in to Toyota of Naperville for a Used Car Purchase. Living in Iowa and doing financing I didn't really know how all this would work. Well, they passed me to DJ upon walking in and I have to say you can't ask for a nicer guy. He understood my situation and fears and also did a great job at showing me some features of the car. The process in all was long but they offered a pop or water and got me out as quick as they could. Tim O'Connell explained the financing deal and even gave me fair value for the trade in. Kal finished the process off for me and we signed to complete the deal. If I had to buy another car I'd definitely look at Toyota of Naperville's stock first for the chance to work with DJ again. More
