Phenomenal service on a rainy Wednesday evening! My husband had had a 2002 Ford T-Bird in the past and got a yen for a 2005 50th Anniversary Edition. He spotted one on Toyota of Naperville's website My husband had had a 2002 Ford T-Bird in the past and got a yen for a 2005 50th Anniversary Edition. He spotted one on Toyota of Naperville's website. When I got home from work around 6 on a rainy Wednesday night, he wanted to take a ride from Belvidere to Toyota to look at the car. We called to say we'd be there about 7:30 - kind of late for car shopping during the week, by the way (look, talk, look again, spin, deal, buy - lengthy process, as most of us know). When we walked in the door, we were met by Ilene Bitton-Prosniewski, who made us feel comfortable immediately and knew what she was talking about (we've bought enough cars to know that's rare!). We worked well together and got a great deal. We'll be buying my next Toyota from Ilene! More
