Throughout our afternoon, he was extremely patient with my husband and all of our questions. He is very friendly and so easy to work with - he went the extra steps to locate a car with exact exterior and interior colors and equipment we wanted. Upon leaving, he sat with us and patiently explained the features on the car that were of more immediate interest to us and gave us his card to follow up if necessary. On the day of our purchase, we checked the inventory at several dealers online and requested a quote from them. Naperville Toyota was the first to respond. We made an appointment with them and met David Avemian, one of their sales representative. David was patient with us as we looked at a couple of Rav4s; he guided us through the test drive and thoroughly explained the car's features. The team at Toyota Naperville spent time with us explaining an add-on that we selected, and the purchase transaction was pretty seamless. We were comfortable with the price we paid (everyone gave a little). For us, car buying is an unpleasant task that we go through every few years, but my husband and I both agreed that the staff at Toyota Naperville made this transaction as painless as possible. More

He then assigned us to Harvey to show us the car and test drive it. the whole experience was wonderful from choosing the car to sealing the deal.
