When I got to the dealership I was assisted by Jessica, who let me test drive the car and did a fantastic job explaining the features of the car as well. Carlos in the finance department explained the various warranty plans that were available, with no pressure whatsoever to get me to purchase a warranty. There was no "changing the numbers" game, which a lot of dealerships like to do. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, which saved me more money in sales taxes. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Toyota of Naperville!!. More
