Great service above and beyond expectations My wife, 4 yr old son, and I were driving back to Iowa City from Chicago, when I noticed a red liquid leaking from the engine. Luckily we found Toyota of Naperville nearby and drove there. Mike was great! He kept on top of things, emphasized to the service guys the importance of getting us back on to road. He also retrieved our son's car seat and installed it in a loaner car for use during the 4 hour water pump replacement repair. We also loved the comfort and amenities in the waiting area. My son loved the good WiFi. I have used the Toyota dealership in Iowa City and thought their high level of service was an "Iowa nice" thing, but clearly it is a Toyota thing as Mike and the Naperville team showed me! More

Excellent Quality and Customer Service Toyota of Naperville has been my dealership for the past ten years. The first car I purchased was a new 2006 Scion TC. Then I purchased a new 2013 S Toyota of Naperville has been my dealership for the past ten years. The first car I purchased was a new 2006 Scion TC. Then I purchased a new 2013 Scion TC. And now I just purchased a new 2017 Toyota Corolla. My experience over the past ten years has been nothing but positive! From the sales staff to the service staff everyone is friendly, professional and trustworthy. Ben Curcio was my first salesperson and Justin Buck has been my salesperson for my last two purchases. Robin and Chris in Service are my favorites service people. And Eren in Finance as well as Peter (a manager) were very pleasant to work with. Toyota of Naperville also has an excellent and comfortable waiting area. Everyone is treated with the utmost friendliness and professionalism.
