First Car Purchase! Everyone was exceptionally warm, welcoming and friendly. I was greeted instantly and offered something to drink. I don't think I was left alone for even the shortest of time, not in the way that would be overwhelming or annoying. Jose Rivera was exceptional. He worked very well within my budget and got me a great, custom deal. He gladly answered my millions of questions. The transition through levels for purchase were smooth and each and everyone I dealt with were wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Naperville of Toyota! More

Great, Quick Service I went in for scheduled maintenance on my car. I also wanted them to look at the steering wheel because it was making a clicking sound. It turned out I went in for scheduled maintenance on my car. I also wanted them to look at the steering wheel because it was making a clicking sound. It turned out that something was wrong with the cables inside the steering wheel, but they didn't have the parts in stock to fix it. So they rushed the parts needed to fix my vehicle from a supplier and I got it back the same day! Mike did a great job keeping me informed about the status and getting me back on the road. More
