Thanks, Kris because Robert took in the vehicle on a trade and new the previous owner and gave it great reviews. Thanks for making our experience great with the awesome service and you weren't too pushy either. Also, after we agreed upon a price, and they did work with us on that, we went to Gary in the finance dept. He also helped us get into an extended warranty. I had questions the next day, and Gary jumped back into action to make sure we understood and he too, was great to deal with. By far, I would drive again, another hour to visit this dealership to buy a car. Great job, and great people! More

Me and my friend visited the dealership with a mindset of getting an idea about the prices of 2016 and 2017 Sedans (Camry and Corolla) to know whether Me and my friend visited the dealership with a mindset of getting an idea about the prices of 2016 and 2017 Sedans (Camry and Corolla) to know whether they fit in my budget. We worked with the sales representative viz., Kamran Zaidi. Kam Zaidi is a very diligent, professional and knowledgeable person who understood my needs, showed different options and finally offered me a very good deal on a Toyota Certified Corolla LE Plus (just 20K miles) - I would say that's a great deal of the day in my perspective as it was a perfect fit for my budget. Me and my family never expected to buy a car on that day. I was truly convinced with the deal and without any further questions or thoughts I paid $4K down payment - that's a SCINTALLING BUYING EXPERIENCE and that too for the first time in the US!!!. I sincerely appreciate Kam Zaidi's sincerity, generosity and his help in making my first car buying experience very pleasant and exciting. Besides that he ensured all the paper work is done in a timely manner. I would recommend Kam Zaidi is a must-go to sales representative at Toyota of Naperville. I have been having issues with my tires fo Thanks to Harvey Nyien today 9/27/16. He was our salesman two years ago when we purchased a 2014 Camry XLE. I have been having issues with my tires for more than the past nine months. Started noticing vibration and annoying noise around 17k miles. Had checked at 19k and it was confirmed the tires were defective but Bridgestone wouldn't do anything and this dealership only offered minimal dollar assistance. Had reason to bring car in for tire losing air today. While browsing the showroom I saw and greeted Harvey. He still remembered me. After brief owner dissatisfaction conversation Harvey was able to waive the cost of todays repair and introduced me to the Service manager where we were able to mutually agree on a tire replacement at 27k miles. Thanks to Harvey, customer satisfaction is his major priority. More

She was pleasant, knowledgeable and laid back in her approach. Her knowledge of the vehicle during the test drive sold the car. After the car was ordered Janine called and texted us with reports on the cars delivery time frame. Picked up the car, received a complete tutorial on all the Sienna's features and drove off as a happy, satisfied customer. More

"Best car buying that I have ever had. " Our salesperson, "Tod Croft" took the time to establish an excellent relationship with us which helped him to determine and hone in on our needs, then Our salesperson, "Tod Croft" took the time to establish an excellent relationship with us which helped him to determine and hone in on our needs, then he thoroughly trained us in the specifics of the two cars that we had narrowed our selection down to. As a result, we were able to make an informed decision in understanding and selecting the vehicle that was right for me, my wife, and my family. He walked us through the financing packages again explaining the pros and con of each one clearly so that we understood which option would best suit our budget. What really amazed me was how throughout the entire experience I felt like I was working with an expert car man who's sole intention was to put me in exactly the right car for me and then to make sure that I got the very best deal that was available. I genuinely believe that Tod wanted the very best for me and my family and would do whatever it took to get that for us. I also have to mention Gary Jaros in finance who was simply a joy to work with. Normally when you get into the finance office in a car buying experience there is an uncomfortable feeling like you are about to be taken advantage of. Not so with Gary! Again like Tod, it was like working with a member of you own family who just wanted to make sure that you were well taken care of and that you understood all of the details. After closing the deal we went out to get our new car, it was late in the evening. I thought that Tod probably went home by now, but there he was waiting for us because he wanted to pair my wife's phone to her new car and make sure that she understood how to use everything in the car. Well done Tod! You certainly sold us on you and Toyota of Naperville. Seriously, I believe that this dealership should train other dealerships on how to bussiness. And as for us, I do not intend to purchase a car from anywhere else in the future! I am sticking with Toyota of Naperville. More
