The sales rep did an excellent job helping me pick out the model, color, and option package. The sales rep made sure the exact vehicle I wanted was waiting for me when I arrived for the final purchase. He also had some of the paperwork done before I arrived. The finance manager was great. He explained everything in detail, and did his best to get through the paperwork as quickly as possible. He also paused and explained things when I had questions about the paperwork. My sale was from out of state, so Toyota of Naperville took care of all the extra paperwork required for an out of state sale. I really couldn't be happier with the entire process and I just love buying from Toyota of Naperville and the great people they have on staff. More
