Night and Day I went to a small dealership close to my home and had a terrible experience. It was so bad, the salesman tried to physically block the door to keep us I went to a small dealership close to my home and had a terrible experience. It was so bad, the salesman tried to physically block the door to keep us from leaving. After looking online I decided to make a long trek to Naperville *hoping* for a better time. Upon arriving, I felt like I had stumbled into a heaven-like atmosphere, in comparison. We were greeted by many smiling faces who offered support, drinks, and I was thinking they just might offer a back rub and hot towel if I asked... They already had notes prepared for what I was looking for and connected me with the award winning salesman, Mike Beck. It became obvious why he wins awards. Mike was knowledgeable, straight forward, and super efficient. Tom Clancy was also a fun character who entertained us just for fun by showing us his favorite hot car collection. We were overwhelmed by the professionalism, friendliness, and level of caring from the entire staff. This was my very first experience buying through a dealership. How lucky were we that we were scared out of a lot and ran all the way to Naperville? 10/10 would shop again. More
