The sales rep made sure the exact vehicle I wanted was waiting for me when I arrived for the final purchase. He also had some of the paperwork done before I arrived. The finance manager was great. He explained everything in detail, and did his best to get through the paperwork as quickly as possible. He also paused and explained things when I had questions about the paperwork. My sale was from out of state, so Toyota of Naperville took care of all the extra paperwork required for an out of state sale. I really couldn't be happier with the entire process and I just love buying from Toyota of Naperville and the great people they have on staff. More

Pete Forberg gave us a great price, answered all our questions straight forward and honestly and ensured the vehicle had a thorough inspection before we drove it off the lot. He absolutely went above and beyond. When we signed the papers it was his day off but he handed us over to a great colleague, Brian.
