We went in to see what they had, bought a car the same day. Before going to Toyota of Naperville I had only purchased one car in my life, 9 years ago. My wife had yet to go through the process as she still had her first car since turning 16. The best part of my previous experience was never stepping foot in the other dealership again. My wife had only heard horror stories of what a long, painful process buying a car can be. Needless to say, we walked in pessimistic. We were immediately greeted in a courteous, upbeat, professional manner by Kamran Zaidi. Kam was quick to listen to what we wanted(a RAV4) and even quicker to give us a full run down on the differences between the 2015 and 2016 models as well as the trim levels. He was even quicker to get us into a car for a test drive and more than patient to let each of us drive it. After we returned he did more research into their stock and found another RAV4 that fit our wants/needs. He was also quick to get this car brought around so we could test drive it. At no point did he push us into a higher level car or different model all together. He happily explained the differences between the two and patiently waited while we deliberated. After buying the car, Kam came to us and walked us out. He sat in the car and made sure we understood all the settings and menus and even called a few days later to ask if we had any other questions. If buying a car is supposed to be a stressful and tiring experience, Kamran is doing something wrong. He was a pleasure to work with and we will find him when we buy our next Toyota! More

Quite actually, the entire transaction seemed surreal, since my wife and I felt very comfortable in dealing with Jeff, who was not pushy in any way and he was quite professional in answering any questions we had about the vehicle. Jeff's friendly demeanor and attitude made me almost feel like I was some multi-millionaire purchasing some highly-expensive luxury car. Jeff was quite caring about our particular experience not only before and during the sale, but also after the purchase was consumated, which led me to provide this favorable review on my experiences with Jeff.
