Great place to buy I started off with the intent of buying used but Larry went above and beyond to find me a new car that fit into my budget. I had been to other dealers I started off with the intent of buying used but Larry went above and beyond to find me a new car that fit into my budget. I had been to other dealers and walking in there as a woman, alone they came off as cocky and tried to take advantage of me. Here they did not do this AT ALL. Needless to say, Scott Bouma was just the person to convince us that this was the time and place to purchase one. While other dealers promised to give info, good deals, and a pleasant experience, none of them followed through. Meanwhile, Scott's professionalism, knowledge of the cars, the current specials, financing, even the color differences in the paint, and attention to the details in the buying process, etc....convinced me to buy the car that night. We even got to test drive in their 'test track'. I learned new things about how the newer models fare in city driving. We didn't feel pressured at all, but were shown probably the best customer service experience ever in buying a car. I am pleased with Toyota Naperville's excellent customer service and follow up. I especially like the loaner car that you can use when your car is in the shop! We found a 'home' in this dealership, and we look forward to doing business with them....and Scott Bouma... again.
