He is highly professional and ensured our experience was as smooth as possible. Great job! We did, however, experience a significant issue with the service department. We had brought our vehicle in and requested an oil change service which was not completed. Upon returning to the service center to complete the oil change, we were informed of our vehicle receiving "regular" oil instead of the synthetic oil it had received on every other occasion. I understand that engines should not switched from synthetic oil to standard oil and back again, but we were told this occurred by Arnold A. Please assist in resolving the discrepancy. Thanks. More
