During my search for a Nissan vehicle, I stumbled upon a 2016 Camry SE lease special. After looking up consumer reviews, and talking with a family member who currently owns a 2008 Camry, with 250,000 miles, I decided to make an appointment at the Naperville location. I worked with Meraj, Dustin, Mitch and Tim, and was blown away by the professionalism and offers they had given me. I made the right decision going to Toyota instead of its competitors, and I will be a lifetime customer. Not only did I receive excellent customer service from everyone I worked with, but I drove away in something better than I had anticipated leaving with. I love my 2016 Camry SE, and the customer service I received at this location. 5/5 all around! More

They helped us narrow down our present options. We chose the highlander. The man who helped us fill out our paperwork was so happy and full of energy even if it was after 8 pm. unbelievable!!! It was our very first car-buying experience so my wife and I were a bit overwhelmed and didn't know what to expect. We were immediately greeted by Josh and could not have been helped by a better guy. Josh was informative but not pushy. He talked us through the process and gave us many options. My wife and I wanted to make sure our first car purchase was the right one so we definitely took our time. Josh didn't get annoyed or frustrated and was always there to help answer any (and all of the 1,000) questions we had. He even provided us his cell number so we could text him with any questions. How convenient! Josh even came in on his day off to help make sure the sale went smoothly. We will definitely be coming back and asking for Josh with any future car purchases. More

Naperville had a number in sto After spending months considering options to replace our aging Honda Civic, we decided to try a slightly used Corolla. Naperville had a number in stock, and we had had a good experience with Larry Dulik when we had thought we wanted a Prius. Larry remembered us and had our first choice Corolla ready to test drive when we arrived. He took us over to their test-drive track and patiently let us drive around. We appreciated his low-key demeanor and no-nonsense answers to our questions. The negotiations were simple and straight-forward, so we purchased it! A couple of days later the tire inflation warning light came on; the service department at another (closer) dealership informed me that we had a nail in the shoulder of the tire, so it was irreparable. I called Larry just to ask his advice about finding a replacement tire; he immediately said he wanted to check with his manager, called back in two minutes, and said "we'll take care of it". We really appreciated his honesty and generosity in taking care of us. We also were thankful for the friendly helpfulness of everyone we encountered in the service department (Amber, Jordan, Chris, Karen, and Jeremy. We're happy Corolla drivers now! More

Dave was EXTREMELY helpful and made the process seamless for my wife and I. I am extremely appreciative and grateful for the treatment we received. Would highly recommend this dealership for the sales portion of the car-owning experience; and for the rest (i.e. maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.) the jury is out simply because of lack of exposure.
