The next person who came to meet me after I've decided what car I wanted, Jessica, was very nice as well. Smiley, brief but concise. And Gary, completely out of my expectations! I thought it was going to be one of those moments I had have before in other dealers: they are the most agreeable people when you come into their office, but as soon as one rejects their offers about longer warranties, they have a turn of 180 degrees becoming lousy and very negative. Gary just gave me a paper to acknowledge with a signature that I had declined his offer, but he kept being a nice and professional business agent. I left the building with a new car and feeling as if I had made excellent new friends, specially Elizabeth Elkerton. More
