NOT HAPPY!! I had seen a vehicle online and set something up to come look at it. I mentioned that I would be driving a few hours. This was on December 30, 2015 th I had seen a vehicle online and set something up to come look at it. I mentioned that I would be driving a few hours. This was on December 30, 2015 the day after the big snow fall. I arrived to this dealership, very impressed and excited. I was then greeted by Dan Yusko. We talked about my drive and I expressed to him the vehicle I was interested in. When it came down to negotiating, he wouldn't at all! He said, "what makes you think they would or could lower this price?" , it doesn't matter if it's the "end of the year" because the dealership could sell at least 30 used cars a day regardless, and it's not like it was 10 years ago blah blah. He mentioned he was at this dealership for a short time, and frankly he had a hard time answering any on my questions on this vehicle. He came across arrogant and cocky. Dan didn't take into consideration I just drove a few hours. He basically couldn't make a simple sale and make a customer satisfied. Before I came to Toyota of Naperville I heard and looked at the great reviews. After dealing with Dan Yusko, the Pre-owned Sales Manager, I wouldn't recommend this dealership. More
