The process was easy, the pressure was low or non-existent, and the deal I got was wonderful. Even the (normally) dreaded “meeting with the finance guy” was, dare I say it, fun. Anybody can sell Toyotas; the cars sell themselves. So Toyota of Naperville doesn't really have to expend the effort they do to delight their customers and to make the process easy and enjoyable. But Toyota of Naperville does…going the extra mile when, given the quality and inherent saleability of the product, an extra five feet or so would do! I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life and I refuse to do business with people whom I don’t like or who act like idiots, so I’ve had a lot of great experiences with car dealers. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a new car. Jessica Mendez did a nice job in explaining going over my questions with the body side moldings, factory door edge guards, remote start and Protector Shield package. I had also been gathering information on the Honda CR-V and after my second visit back to Toyota, and meeting again with Tom, I felt very confident that I was making the correct choice and love the Rav4. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is buying or leasing a Toyota. He was one of the very best in sales I have encountered, was most pleasant, and so willing to answer phone calls, questions and so happy to have him as my salesperson. I really like this dealership I went in on 5/15/15 to look into getting a new vehicle. I had an appointment with Sales Manager Dustin Boundy. When I arrived, I met Sales Consulta I went in on 5/15/15 to look into getting a new vehicle. I had an appointment with Sales Manager Dustin Boundy. When I arrived, I met Sales Consultant Jim Novak in the parking lot. He greeted me and brought me inside to meet Dustin. I spoke with Dustin briefly and then Jim and I started talking about new cars. While my trade in was being looked at, Jim and I took a test drive and looked at several different vehicles. Eventually we started talking numbers and although I wasn't sure initially it was going to work, Jim and Dustin made the deal happen. Even though I am well aware that they were trying to sell me a car, it never felt that way. There was no pressure and the whole process was very friendly and easy. After we finalized numbers, I met with Aftermarket Consultant Jessica Mendez and then Business Manager Eren Gonzalez. Both of them were very friendly and did their best to make the process quick and painless. I ended up leaving with a new vehicle at a price I was very happy with. This is the second time that I have bought a car from Toyota of Naperville and I can't see any reason that I am ever going to go anywhere else. More
