Pain-free car buying experience I have not had good experiences with car salesmen and dealerships in the past. Knowing I was in the market for a new vehicle was something I was dread I have not had good experiences with car salesmen and dealerships in the past. Knowing I was in the market for a new vehicle was something I was dreading. But my experience with both Sam and Dave at Naperville Toyota made me feel like it wasn't a chore at all. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The process was as smooth as it could be, and both worked to get us the best deal and the right car for me. The building was very clean and pleasant, and they offered free water and coffee, which was a great perk. I also signed up for the Protector package and have already had my car in the service area, which does not feel like a car service area at all! It's so clean and comfortable and professional. My paperwork wasn't covered in greasy, oily fingerprints as I am accustomed. Overall, I am feeling better about this dealership than any experience I have had with them in my life. Kudos to them! I have heard of car purchasing nightmares; my purchase experience is a statement of how big a difference having a knowledgeable and friendly sales person makes a world of difference. Kim worked with me to understand what my needs were and helped me find the car of my dreams (yes, a little cheesy; but, i love my car and couldn’t be happier with the purchase). Last thing you need is a car sales person trying to "make" a sale and sells you whatever car just to make a sale. Kim went above and beyond to understand what features I’m looking. Ironically, the vehicle that i wanted was not readily available at the dealership. Kim made sure to work with her managers and located a car to the EXACT specs and features that i wanted. Best part, she made sure it got to the dealership for purchase within a couple of days. Called me to update me on the status etc., Very prompt and Excellent follow-up. The day of purchase, Kim made sure that we revisited the numbers, which we agreed upon previously, to make sure there is nothing else unexpected that we are seeing. Also, Kim knows her products. These days the vehicles are getting fancier and complex. Kim is very knowledgeable of its features and made sure all my questions were answered appropriately, and my equipment was configured to my liking before i drove out of the dealership. Overall, just WOW!!! This kind of customer service is hard to come by. More
