After reading all the positive reviews, it makes me wonder why my experience was so awful. I came from the Detroit area to buy a Toyota Certified Tundra, which in my neck of the woods are hard to co wonder why my experience was so awful. When I got to the dealership I was passed back and forth between Mark Witt and Bryan Lieser, although most of my time there was spent at an empty desk while these two "Salesman" talked on their phones, hung out in their office, and generally ignored me. When I did get some face time they were neither friendly or personable, and Bryan felt the need to tell me how he had once considered my profession (Law Enforcement) but was glad he didn't because he makes SO much more money selling cars. I was not offered coffee or water until I had been siting at the desk for 2-3 hours. The truck was advertised as a certified used vehicle although it did not meet some of the specifications which are clearly defined by Toyota. It had a large dent and some missing paint above the driver side tail light. When I brought this up to Bryan, and then Mark, both claimed it must have been overlooked during the 160 point inspection, their excuse being that they see so many vehicles that they miss these things (it was obvious to me). When I pointed out that on the inspection form one of the criteria is that the vehicle is dent free, and they had checked the box saying it was, they then back peddled and said it must have happened after the inspection. Mark agreed to call his "dent guy" who showed up about an hour later and tried to fix the dent. He couldn't get it all pushed out but did his best. Mark then said that he could get me some touch up paint for the bare metal, I told him I was not going to be repairing the paint and he should be doing that in house BEFORE I buy the vehicle. After agreeing on a reduced price, I was happy to not have to deal with Mark Witt or Bryan Lieser anymore. I was passed on to Gary Jaros who was the complete opposite of the sorry excuses of salesman I had dealt with. Gary was professional, personable, and a joy to work with. Why they don't have guys like Gary in the front of the house I'll never understand. I made sure to tell him so. After I got the truck home I noticed two other things wrong with the truck. The cabin air filter was filled with leaves and mouse poop and was chewed up pretty badly. And second the hooks that hold the floor mat in place were missing. I am also still waiting for the title to my truck (2/24) even though I was promised it would be sent overnight through the mail. Overall, worst Dealership experience ever. I have bought Toyota's and Honda's at Dealership's in the past and they were pleasant experiences. Toyota of Naperville, you'll never see me again. More

High honors to go to Dave Zidlicky for his professionalism, honesty, and most of all his patience. I came in for service on my Camry and left with a brand new RAV4. While waiting for my car and walking through the show room thoughts turned to "what if" it was possible to get a good deal on a trade; focusing on a little larger car with more room. Dave provided all the options I needed and the patience with me as I could be quite a "challenge". The options on available vehicles, costs, trade in, were provided to me and after working through breakfast, lunch (told you I was a challenge)- I feel comfortable in my decision with purchasing the RAV4. Thanks Dave and thank you, Toyota of Naperville, you have my utmost gratitude. And the best references are through word of mouth and I will be sure to tell all of the great service I received. This guy is amazing! He went out of his way to help us. We stopped by this dealership on our way to another lot to look at a car that my 18 year old was interested in. Let me tell you, the service you receive here is out of this world. We ended up buying a new carolla and the dealership worked hard to get my son financed by himself which was important to him as he is in the Navy and wanted to be on his own. Go to this dealership if in the market for a car. They are amazing. And have earned my families loyalty from now on. More
I had the pleasure of meeting with Mike Beck on two separate occasions while I was in the process of comparing different minivan brands. Mike answered all of my questions and pointed out features of the Toyota Sienna that I wasn't aware of. He did this by respecting my opinions and considering my needs, all without pressuring me to make a decision before I was ready. Mike even let me take the Sienna for a ride on the dealer's test track, pointing out its unique handling features (e.g. small turning radius). He even showed me how to synch up the bluetooth for hands-free phone operation! I would highly recommend Mike to friends and co-workers looking for a new or used Toyota. More

I did some research by calling couple o dealers and Tom Gregg was the most professional of all so we decided to go to the Naperville Toyota.
