However, Blas totally changed my attitude from the moment he greeted me right at the door. Love his personable, warm, understanding, hearing what I'm saying, and friendly personality. I asked several questions and he answered them with confidence, like he knows what he is talking about. I love it that he understood my need for a family car and giving me info as one family man to another family, not as a salesman to just a buyer. He was very thorough, leaving nothing behind. He wasn't pushy, overbearing, crowding, asking stupid questions that lead to nowhere, or giving me short answers. I felt that he genuinely cared about my family needs. Mark Croft did a great job. I had a concern about a reoccurring issue on the carfax, and he went over and beyond what I would have expected. Without any hesitation, he retrieved the service maintenance log, printed it out and found out exactly what the issue was on the car. Again, I felt he understood my need and safety for my family. Dave Castellanos did exactly the same. Informing me of all the various options to protect the car and help keep the car in great shape and to last for a long time. There is value in protecting an investment when the right information and presentation is done from a customer safety perspective. This is my third car, first family car, and first Toyota this family has ever purchased. When my other car breaks down, I'll gladly drive 38 miles and purchase my next car from you. Great service will bring repeated purchase. More

Also Mr. Jaros brought me the buyers order when i was ready to leave, not sure if this was on purpose to avoid talking about the extra costs. David Zidlicky was truly the best salesperson my husband and I have ever dealt with. He was patient and took the time we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase.
