Those who make that argument have never bought a car at Toyota of Naperville, which features a sales department that is best defined and characterized by its staff of product specialists who work very hard acquiring and applying their vast and intricate knowledge of Toyota products in order to better serve their customers. Among the best of that outstanding team of product specialist is Rich Ponulak. Rich knows his product. He knows how to deal with people. He knows how to work in his customers’ interests in all that he does. Maybe most of all, Rich is a great guy. Though I had never met him before I started my car search, I have come to regard Rich as an advocate and a friend. I genuinely enjoy his company and know that, when I am dealing with him, I am dealing with a man who is honest, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever he can to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. I love my new RAV4 Hybrid, a vehicle I decided to buy after considering, and driving, many cars, including four different Toyota products. There was one other product from another manufacturer that I would have enjoyed as much, but, when the chips were down and it was time to make a decision, it was the way that Rich and the team at Toyota of Naperville treated me and the process that carried the day. A great product from a wonderful dealership and a terrific salesperson who cares about me, the customer, made the RAV4 my choice of vehicles. The others I dealt with at Toyota of Naperville, Tim O’Connell, the sales manager, Dave Racine in accessories, and Karl Berner, my finance manager, were all stars on a great team, but Rich was simply the best.
