Having always dreaded going into any car dealership, we (two older women) were pleasantly surprised by this experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, but not pushy, and their process for handing sales and financing was very efficient. Our main salesperson, Tod Croft, took all the time we needed and answered all our questions. We appreciated the thorough orientation to the vehicle he gave us before we drove it home. The test drive on the test track was great too. It was a snowy day and we appreciated being able to drive the car and check out the breaks etc. without contending with traffic on busy roads. More

I lost my remote of Sienna and called Naperville Toyota for replacement. They told me $385 and $360 the second time. I bought a new remote online for $80 and called them again for activation. I called Lombard Toyota. They quoted me for $58.50. I walked into the Naperville Toyota and showed the service man the remote. I told him I wanted to activate THIS one. He asked me if it was new. I said yes. He said "$128". I was pretty mad and asked for the manager. He told me it should be $64. It seemed the service intentionally gave the higher prices. I was sorry for Lombard Toyota I did not go there, because of I am in Naperville. But I strongly suggest anyone doing business with Naperville Toyota to compare prices first. When I bought my new car from Naperville Toyota, they first offered me higher prices. Then I googled and found much better price in Wisconsin and they honored the price.... More
