We were very happy with the whole experience at Toyota of Naperville. In the past I have found car buying to be an uncomfortable process but that certainly wasn't the case here. I've been car shopping for 2 weeks now. Finally narrowed my choice down to a used Honda CRV or used Toyota Rav4. This dealer had a good selection of both. 2 particular models had both low miles, li narrowed my choice down to a used Honda CRV or used Toyota Rav4. This dealer had a good selection of both. 2 particular models had both low miles, like new condition and a sticker price well below Kelley Blue book,Nada, and Black book prices. I also had done my homework on the value of my trade-in. The salesman at Naperville Toyota (Brian Mcginley) was knowledgeable, friendly, absolutely NO pressure. He worked with me all day until I felt comfortable with making a purchase. I appreciated the fact that at each step he never once tried to sway me in any direction. The store itself is clean,modern,full of little perks for customers like comfy seating area,hot coffee, snacks and drinks. When I need to buy another car, I'll definitely be back. More

I purchased a new Toyota Sienna from Leo Lopez last Saturday. I had done a lot of on-line home work prior to setting foot into the dealership. As a result of that home work I had received a phone cal Saturday. I had done a lot of on-line home work prior to setting foot into the dealership. As a result of that home work I had received a phone call from Dan Wolf Toyota. This resulted in an appointment to get my vehicle appraised. When I arrived, with my 3 children in tow, I was met by a nice woman who quickly introduced me to Leo. To be honest, I was a bit disgusted with the bait and switch that I felt the dealership did to me. I make an appt. to meet with X, I won't put his name here, his associate meets me and introduces me to a young man new in position and a salesman. I'm there to get an appraisal and special order a 2014 Sienna. All of which was discussed in length on the phone prior to my arrival. I am special ordering because I had been told a 2013 model is not available with the specifications that I wanted. Long story short, Leo was a true professional. He was friendly, engaging and listened intently to what I wanted. He was great with my kids and turned a frustrating situation quickly around. Leo went to work for me. He cut through the typical sales pitches and worked with me. He not only found a 2013 Sienna meeting my desired specs, but he expedited it so that I could take advantage of the 0 percent 60 month financing that was ending Monday. He also, worked on my behalf to close the gap on my trade-in. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Leo. You can count on me to look for Leo the next time I am looking to purchase a new vehicle. Oh, and did I say that this was the 3rd vehicle I was purchasing from this dealership - now you understand what a gem Leo really was. Thank you Leo, I love my new blizzard white AWD limited Sienna! Dave went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for my family! on 10/2 I spent several hours with Dave looking at different vehicles. My husband and I came back the same evening to test dri vehicle for my family! on 10/2 I spent several hours with Dave looking at different vehicles. My husband and I came back the same evening to test drive the vehicles I had looked at earlier in the day and Dave spent two more hours with us giving us all the information we needed to make our decision.
