I went to Toyota of Naperville at 8:45pm two days ago to ask about financing. My sales person was Bill Lutz, who was very helpful. I was worried about financing and being able to afford a car. However, when ask about financing. My sales person was Bill Lutz, who was very helpful. I was worried about financing and being able to afford a car. However, when he took me to see my future car and help me out with my finances, I was really relieved. He did not mind that I was on the phone multiple times to discuss about the car with my family member. He fully explained and made sure that I understand all of my paperwork before I sign anything. I told him that I want to sell my car before I buy a new one however, he offered me a decent price for my old car. He told me about the 5 years 0% interest, the 2 years roadside assistance and even told me a special sale that they were having on Corollas! Even though it was 10 pm at night (the dealership closes at 10), Bill waited for me to call my insurance company to make sure that I am fully insured before I drive away. Because I didn't realize that I was going to buy a car, that night, I had a lot of stuff in my old car. I was able to transfer everything fine. The dealership gave me a full tank of gas, a car wash, as well as a nice bag to put my greasy funnel (for filling up motor oil)! I really appreciated that they also gave me the sticker to the back of my ipass so I would not have to go out and buy one myself. Service was awesome! Bill helped me set up my bluetooth so I can link my phone with my car, set up my presets for my radio, the controls, as well as the basics! He even help me remove my old licence frame from my old car and then installed it onto my new one! I didn't leave the dealership until around 11 pm and I was very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend people to this dealership! I, myself, would definitely go back if I want to purchase another car in the future. They offered great deals, excellent customer service and is very willing to work out a deal with their customers! They make sure that their customers are comfortable with their purchases and then follow up with their customer the next day to make sure that everything is still going well! More

I arrived at Toyota of Naperville on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, shortly before noon. I was not even inside the dealership when Tim O'Connell came up and greeted me with a friendly hello and asked how he could help me. I told him that I wanted to see a 2013 Toyota Highlander. He had a key for one in his hand, almost as if he had read my mind on why I was there. In actuality, he had just shown a Toyota Highlander to the previous customer and still had the key in his hand. After test driving the 2013 Highlander, I decided I wanted to test drive a 2013 Toyota 4Runner. As we approached the inventory of 2013 4Runners on the lot, I saw a red colored one. I wanted to purchase a red SUV with a roof rack, step rails and a trailer hitch. We moved to the front of the 2013 red 4Runner and I saw that it had the options that I wanted - almost as if it were a sign that this was the vehicle for me. Tim opened the vehicle and pointed out that it had a sun roof, leather seats, a navigational system and more. I said that all was nice but I was hooked by the roof rack, step rails and the trailer hitch. I was pleased that Tim listened to me and responded to my comments. He was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and honest. He and I had developed a friendly rapport and were working together in making sure I had the information I wanted and needed about the 4Runner. Since I needed to purchase a new vehicle, I told Tim I was ready to buy the 4Runner. We went to his desk and discussed the price for the 2013 red 4Runner that I had test driven. Since it was the end of the month AND the end of the model year, Tim and the sales manager were quite willing to give me the best price possible, in fact, they lowered it more than I had expected. I had to compromise on my wishes since the vehicle had more features than I really wanted, but the price was so good I knew I had to buy the 4Runner. Tim did all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I had to leave prior to the car being ready for me to drive home, so I returned the next day and met Tim at the dealership. He actually came in on his day off to make sure all of the paperwork was done correctly and to make sure he was the one who showed me all about the various systems in and on the car. Just prior to my getting the car, I met with David Kabanda, the accessory manager. He showed me the optional accessories that were available for the 4Runner. I will be returning next week to have them install mud flaps and door guards. David and I had an extremely informative and interesting conversation. He is a great person and it was my pleasure in speaking with him. Next, I met with Mohamed Aboutabl, the business manager. We discussed the extended warranty options for the 4Runner and I purchased an extended warranty. I tend to hold onto a vehicle after I purchase it and I have learned from past experience that it is a huge benefit to me to have an extended warranty. I do not view it as an added expense. I see it as a peace of mind element that makes using and driving the vehicle much more relaxing since I know I have protection when something needs attention. My conversation with Mohamed was enlightening and quite enjoyable. Upon leaving Mohamed's office, I was met by Tim who escorted me to the 4Runner. It was newly washed, full of gas, cleaned inside and out and ready to go. Tim showed me various things about operating the vehicle, programmed in my cell phone to the Blue Tooth app and made sure I understood the complete operation of the vehicle. He handed me his business card and said to be sure to call him if I had any questions about the 4Runner. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of buying the 4Runner. The personnel at Toyota of Naperville were professional, courteous, honest, helpful and, as the process evolved, became friends. I definitely will be returning to Toyota of Naperville and when I do I look forward to talking with Tim, David and Mohamed. More

Blas, Ivon & Tom were very professional and pleasant-they are a credit to your dealership. The whole buying process was fairly smooth, however I am not sure I got the best price I could ha pleasant-they are a credit to your dealership. The whole buying process was fairly smooth, however I am not sure I got the best price I could have as there are so many factors that go into the negotiating process - I kinda feel I left some money on the table, as only the dealership owner knows his/her true cost. Prior to going into the finance man's office, I jotted down the final monthly payment price agreed upon. As with the typical back and forth haggling, I wanted to make sure the final number was correct. So - right off the bat, the payment number on the contact was $12.50 per month higher than agreed to with the salesman. So the finance man (his name was Mo) said to "let me review that" He took some time to look over everything and he said - "Oh, I forgot to subtract the $750 rebate from the final purchase price - I am glad you caught that." Yeah! Right! Was it an honest mistake or were they trying to squeeze a couple more bucks out of me - I really don't know. Hard to say. For the question of "Would I reccomend this dealership?" If there was a "Maybe choice", I would have selected that one-not because of Blas, Tom or Ivon - mainly because of the fact I feel I could have gotten a better price and dealing with the finance guy. My thought on this whole process is for new cars, a person should be able to go on line and there be very clear/fair pricing (reasonable profit for the manufacturer) and order a car. Then the car is made available at what are currently car dealerships for pick-up. The customer goes in, reviews the car ordered, signs the paperwork and drives off in their new car. However, I realize that would put too many people out of work so we'll most likely never see that type of set up. More
David Zidlicky was personable and attentive when I met him at the dealership. He understood the requirements I had for the Tundra I wanted and had a truck on the lot that met my requirements. I went to this dealership this Tuesday looking for a 2013 COROLLA LE and decided to get my new car the next day. I had a very nice and laid-back service by the sales agent Chris David. When I first came to t COROLLA LE and decided to get my new car the next day. I had a very nice and laid-back service by the sales agent Chris David. When I first came to the store, he gave me a warm greeting as well asking and listening carefully to me what I really need for my future car. I didn't purchase a car at my first visit since this is a huge decision for me that I would need more time to consider about it. Sooner in the next morning, Chris gave me a call asking if he's service is good also told me there are new cars coming. Then I decided to go the store again and looked for more selections. Finally I got my new 2013 corolla with only few mileages on it (Chris helped me to find out the least mileage car in the inventory). The greatest part for working with Chris David is that he really takes care of what you concern instead of pushing you to get a car as soon as possible. And because I drove a rental car when I tried to shop my new car, Chris volunteered to pick me up himself with company's shuttle back and forth from the O'hare airport !!! If you are a person like me prefer a relaxed showing, go for CHRIS DAVID. More
