I had found a ford fusion on the internet at this dealership and planned on going there to buy it. Once there I found that the car had been sold already. Due to the distance I traveled to get there I dealership and planned on going there to buy it. Once there I found that the car had been sold already. The employees I worked with were very helpful and friendly and really were sorry that the car I wanted had been sold by the time I got there. They did what they could to get me a great deal on a newer car that fit into my budget. I was amazed at how patient, kind, and light hearted everyone who worked with me was. In all aspects I was treated excellently even though at first I was disappointed and thought I might be leaving with nothing. They really worked hard to keep my business and did an excellent job. The dealership did not have the exact car I wanted but located it and had it in the dealership the next day. G and they participate in the program.
