This is reall A Very Good Experience From Start to Finish! I bought a brand new Highlander and I had a truly great experience all the way through! This is really a top-notch dealership - far better than any of the other dealers I visited in my search process. I worked with Tom Clancy and I visited this dealer several times before I actually purchased the vehicle and each time was a good experience. Tom didn't want to just sell me any car, he wanted to make sure I was getting the right car and was patient with me during the decision-making process. I called before I visited each time and made an appointment, and Tom parked the vehicles that were matching my criteria in front so they were ready for me to test drive when I arrived. We went on several test drives and Tom knew all about the features of each car. I didn't know about the test track in Naperville, but that was pretty neat that I could test drive the cars there. The negotiating process was smooth and up front and they didn't use any gimmicks that seem to be all too common at other dealers these days. I feel like I got a great deal with what they gave me for my trade-in and with what I paid for the new car. On the day that I bought the car, I called ahead again because we had already agreed on a price, and they had everything ready when I arrived and it was a seamless process. I had to meet with several people, as you always do when you buy a car, and every one of them was competent and polite. This dealer seems to have an efficient system in place for purchasing a car, which is a lot different from some of the horror stories I've heard from my friends who recently bought cars from Hyundai and Ford. To top it off, they had my new car washed and spotless by the time I was done with the business part of buying the car. Tom put on my new license plates and even helped me move my stuff from my old car to my new car. Then he showed me how to work all of the features of the new car and even configured my phone for the Bluetooth. I certainly wasn't expecting that buying a car was going to be this enjoyable and smooth. Overall, I give them an A+ and I would highly recommend this dealership. **If possible, try to work with Tom Clancy when you go there because he was very honest and, by far, the best salesperson I've dealt with in a long time! I visited the Toyota of Naperville dealership twice before my wife and I made our final purchase decision. I came in alone and delt with Mike Beck on reviewing the basic Highlander. After I explained to Mike that I was just out doing some preliminary scouting for my wife,, he answered all my questions and also gave me additional information which made me sure the Highlander was the car I wanted but I had to have my wife see it also. He was extremely friendly and I thought he might hurry me and be short with me because I was not going to make a decision that day, but instead he was very helpful and friendly. After a test drive and a price quote from Peter Murry I was on my way. When I returned about a week later I asked for Mike again because of the manner in which he handled himself. Not a pushy person, just a nice friendly guy. When I had my wife with me I thought his service was extremely helpful and even though my wife and I had several request which he handled very professionally and with great patients, he made us feel very welcome to the dealership. We ended up purchasing a Highlander SE. and when we left we new we made the right decision to step up from what we had originally intended to purchase and felt the decision was our own and were never pushed to make the decision, just professionally informed. We were also very pleased in the way Gary handled our closing of the purchase. Another genuine straight forward, friendly person. The last new auto we purchased was in 2001 from Toyota of Naperville and we a certainly glad we went back again. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone. More
