Russ Harris was the reason i walked out of the dealership that night with a brand new corolla.His calm approach to working a deal was exactly how i expect a salesman to act. I decided convenience of dealership and experience with dealership was more important than negotiating a few more hundred dollars on price. I did have a lower quote from Thomas Toyota in Joliet.
