This is my first time buying a new car so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew I would buy the car with the lowest price. Naperville Toyota responded to my online quote request - on a Sunday - within what to expect, but I knew I would buy the car with the lowest price. Naperville Toyota responded to my online quote request - on a Sunday - within 5 minutes and they had the lowest price on the new Prius I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted kindly, and with my quote in hand, I was taken on a test drive that was partly on surface streets and partly on a closed course where I was able to experience hills, sharp turns and rapid acceleration and braking. I was already sold on the car but I was especially pleased with the lack of "upselling" that I had heard might happen. I was in and out - including a trade-in - in 2.5 hours. Jacob was a great guide through the process, and when I asked, he took the time to pull out jumper cables and showed me how to hook them up should I ever need them. It was a great buying experience.
