Went to Naperville Toyota to look at trucks since I had been looking at several dealerships including a few ford dealerships. When I got there it was a Saturday and it was 5:00pm. I was approached by a sales man as I pulled my truck in the parking lot . Justin Buck was helping another and saw me, he smiled and I rolled down my window, I asked where are the new Tundras? He pointed and gave me his card,"If there's anything you need ,I'll be inside." I went and looked at the trucks and found one I liked, if I could get it for the price I was willing to pay. I went inside and found Justin, now it was getting close to closing time however Justin, never made me feel he was in a hurry.We took the truck for a test ride talked about a price and the deal was made, I got a new truck. Not only did Naperville Toyota have the largest selection of Tundras everyone I dealt with was nice. I can't say that about all the other dealerships I've been to. More

We originally contacted Naperville Toyota looking for a new Corolla. Matt George contacted me immediately via email with straight forward answers to our questions. We made the decision very late one evening. When I opened my computer to check used car listings I noticed an email from Matt. He asked if we had made a decision. I emailed him back and told him we decided to look for a used Mazda 3 in the $10,000 price range. Amazingly, he checked his inventory and found the exact car we were looking for. He called early the next morning with details and we purchased the car the next day. Our experience at Naperville Toyota was very different from the interactions we had with other area dealers. Their answers were straight forward. They addressed my concerns directly and honestly. They priced the car right and they made our entire experience a joy! Naperville Toyota has earned our trust. We have already recommended them to everyone we know who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Next time we're looking for a vehicle, they will definitely be our first stop. More

Jacob was VERY knowledgeable about the car - was able to answer every question about the Highlander. He was friendly and followed up with us. He helped us stay within our budget and was very accommodating to our busy schedules. Dave even came in on his day off. The other two Daves were also very pleasant and easy to work with. He took the time and patience to walk us through a difficult decision, taking us for several test drives, reviewing multiple options, working through pricing alternatives within our budget and thoroughly explaining all the important features on our new vehicle. (GREAT JOB Eric :) Eric worked hard at listening to our requests on the type of car we wanted to the expected payments we asked for. He made it all happen. From the time when we walked on to the lot to the driving off in our NEW 4Runner, We can honestly say that this is by far the 2nd best car buying experience we've ever had. We also bought a 2001 Camry from this dealership 10 years ago and still have this car, it still runs great and we love it!!! When we have taken it in for service I have never had an issue with anything or anyone. The staff is always very friendly and professional. Our new vehicle the 4Runner just has an overall feel of quality. Great power, comfort and refinement all around. We had a Nissan Pathfinder that gave us lots of problems and many recalls. However, I would like to say that this 4runner blows it out of the water. Seats are positioned just right and very comfortable as well. Toyota did a great job on this model!! We were greeted by Manny Floyd and Jacob Basathia upon our arrival at the Toyota Naperville Dealership. They were both very professional. They asked us what type of vehicle we were interested in. Manny and Jacob explained the benefits of the Hybrid. After driving the SUV and going through the features, we decided this was the SUV for us. They were not pushy...they were sincere with us and wanted to be sure this was a vehicle that would fit our needs. The buying process was very smooth. We had a budget to stay within which we feel Jacob and Manny both worked the deal for us to achieve our goal. They made the whole buying process very pleasant for us.
