My friend Pete Moler recommended Toyota of Naperville way back in 1998 when we were looking for Mom’s first new car. We met with Sherry M. Sheffield and Mom bought her first car a 1998 Toyota Corolla LE. We were very happy with Sherry’s service. Sense then we came back to Toyota of Naperville and bought a new 2007 Toyota Prius. This time our salesperson was Rick Van Pelt. Rick was very professional and polite. This was our second new car purchase from Toyota of Naperville. Now here we are 15 years later and Mom wanted a new Prius so we came back to Toyota of Naperville and as we were pulling into the dealership we met Dana Armitage. I came prepared with what Mom and I were looking for. I looked on your website and found a silver Prius option 4. Dana took the printout and brought us the exact car for a test drive. He took us to the test track and we both had a turn in test driving the car. Dana presented himself in a very professional and easygoing manor. Once again Mom and I felt very comfortable and we made our third purchase at Toyota of Naperville. We bought the 2013 Prius. Dana if you get a chance to read this I want to thank you for helping us with this purchase. Also John F. Roncone was a big help with transferring license plates. We had a special request that John and his staff took care of and that saved me the headache of going to the DMV. Ulises Garcia and Pam the Casher were also very helpful. Based on our history with Toyota of Naperville we will continue to shop for all our new vehicles there. Dan Wolf you have some fine people working for your dealership. Everyone was very professional and took their time to explain any questions we had. After the sale, he stayed with us, and literally watched us leave the facility, basically he was there from start to finish. Suha was excellent in presenting the financial information regarding financing. He answered all of our questions was very honest after listening to what our needs were. Push is incredibly knowledgeable about the Prius system. Being new to the Prius he showed me features I would probably never have figured out. He also had my phone up and running linked to the prius so as I drove off, I was able to call people with the voice activated system. Overall, this was an incredible buying experience. Everyone worked as a team, and by doing so, they made buying a new car a very positive experience. I was very impressed and always will be very impressed with this experience. More

Right off the bat, Dave was very helpful and informative on the vehicles we were looking at. He was kind enough to let us test drive two vehicles and gave his honest option on both of the cars. Once we feel in love with the Mazda CX7, Dave and Leo worked together to make us an exceptional offer! My fiancee and I wanted to visit the Toyota of Naperville to look at a Corolla. After spending much time searching the Internet, we decided that we at least wanted to visit the dealership to test drive the c to look at a Corolla. When we arrived, we were greeted right away by Bill who was extremely attentive although there were what felt like hundreds of people on the sales floor. Since we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, Bill didn't try to "sell us". We test drove a car right away and Bill was very informative with all the details of the car. He really wanted to make sure that we knew the different specs. Bill wasn't trying to pitch anything to us, since the cars sold themselves. Bill showed us all the numbers and all our different options. He did try to get us the best price possible for our budget. When we left without buying a car, Bill gave us his card to ask any questions and was very friendly. Wanting to continue to look around, my fiancee visited the Toyota of St. Charles dealership. The salesman was the complete oppisite of Bill. He was pushy and was trying to pitch different cars, although my fiancee told him exaclty what he wanted. The salesman wanted a $200 deposit to "hold the only car left on the lot." After leaving that dealership, we knew that we wanted to purchase the car at Naperville. Bill and his team handled our purchase with professionalism. They even offered a great price for our trade in. The whole process was no hassle with Bill and his team, everything was explained to us. We are very happy with our car and will definitely be doing business with them again. More
