Crooks! They sold me a Toyota Roof Rack for my Tacoma and charged me $358 brand new. Turns out is was a return and was missing washers, screws and bolts. Go to any other Toyota dealersh They utterly and completely took advantage of me and sold me a “lemon” car. PLEASE ANYONE, EVERYONE do NOT come here! Go to any other Toyota dealership in Austin. To start off, I purchased my car last week Wednesday 12-25-20 a day before thanksgiving. I went in and spoke to Ben Spicer, who would ultimately be my salesperson. After looking at a few SUVs on the lot, I decided to go with a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. But, I told Ben that if I purchase this car I need to it to be completely cleaned out cause it was FILTHY. I mean dirt in the crevices, big brown stains on the roof, under the front hood was dusty, etc. Fast forward, due to my insurance being closed on thanksgiving i couldn’t transfer the insurance from my old car to my new one, so, I had to pick it up Friday 12-27-20. So when I went Friday, to go pick it up after they claimed to detail the car, i noticed the car was still as dirty as I left it and dirty foot stains on the mat also. I told him, “why is the car still dirty? Did anyone even look at it?” His excuse was “I told them to clean it, sorry I didn’t really get a chance to look at it, and they speak Spanish so sometimes it’s hard for them to understand”. That is NO excuse for my car to be filthy but he said he can go ask again for them to clean it. So, a few hours later I go to pick it up after they “detailed” the car the 3rd time! Then, he said him and his coworkers helped cleaned the car with the service department to make sure everything is good to go. I stepped in and STILL the car was dirty, but at this point I said I will just clean myself. So as I’m driving home that Friday 12-27-20 I notice the alignment of the steering wheel was way off. Moreover, I noticed when I’m coming stop it felt like my engine was struggling. So since it was the weekend and they we’re closed that night. I decided to wait till Monday because I wasn’t even going to drive the car that weekend anyway. Now it’s Monday morning 12-30-20 and I’m on my way to work, so I get in my car and see the low tire pressure light came on. I immediately check my tires and see that the left front tire on the drivers side looks low. I go to discount tires and they tell me not only do I have a huge nail in the top left drivers side tire, also, the front two tires have a low threshold in the red zone. I immediately call Ben, my salesperson and tell him the issues I’m having, he informs me he will bring it in to the service department Tuesday for the 3RD time, to take a look at everything. But, at this point I wanted OUT. From the terrible customer service, to the bad possible engine, to the bad “detailing”, to the bad alignment of the steering wheel. I knew that they sold me a terrible car. After telling him I need to see my options on opting out or possibly trading in, they then promised me they would look and fix all my issues, and to just give them one day. 3 days later, no phone call, not email, text nothing. So, I decided to speak to the general manager Jim Dimeo, but, unfortunately he was not in. Because of that I was sent to Ty Reed. Who had to been THE worst person I spoke to in the Used Car Department. He claimed he was manager, when in fact he was the assistant manager. During our conversation, he was very pretentious and disrespectful. I told him the issues I was having and he told me, he does not see any issue. That his team focuses on putting out cars and not so much detail or servicing the car. He told me that discount tires lie to their customers and my tires were low but nothing to be concerned about. He then said I can’t do anything and if I want to sell or trade it in somewhere else it’s my issue, cause now own the car. Even though I haven’t even driven it for a full 3 days. Since I got my car yesterday 12-04-20 it’s driving a bit smoother, but the amount of issues I had in such short notice is deterring me from wanting this car at all. If Charles Maund claims to take care of their customers and treat them with respect, why has all this happened? PLEASE stay far away. More

Absolutely the BEST experience I have had with a dealership. They did everything so flawlessly when I bought my car and then really stepped it up when I was hit and my car was totaled. They guided me from towing the vehicle to getting a new one when it was totaled out. All the uncertainty and confusion dealing with Insurance Companies was wiped away because of these guys.
