Jerry Hernandez - what a great guy i called Jerry the day before I brought the truck in for repair, letting him know I had a deadline - when I arrived, he took the truck right away and i called Jerry the day before I brought the truck in for repair, letting him know I had a deadline - when I arrived, he took the truck right away and completed the repairs in the time he told me he would. He is very professional and yet at the same time concerned about the issues with the truck, making sure I had the correct information and not insisting I get other things done. Despite the bill, I enjoyed the experience. The only thing that would have made the experience there better would have been someone else paying the bill! More

Used car purchase I was in the market for a used car. I drove all the way across town because during a few weeks or research I noticed the Charles Maund Toyota always s I was in the market for a used car. I drove all the way across town because during a few weeks or research I noticed the Charles Maund Toyota always seemed to have a good selection and their pricing was better on comparable cars at other dealers. I was interested in 3 different makes/models. CM Toyota had two of them. I test drove a RAV4 and then the poor salesman, Joshua, went to the lot and unburied a Nissan Rouge for me. Overall experience was great. Friendly staff. They gave me a good price for my trade-in. More
