I understand a phone call and txt message to check if the appointment was still a go but, to do it multiple times a day back to back was aggravating. I chose to cancel the appointment. A few weeks later I decided to inquire about the vehicle again and this time the finance manager, Mr. Castillo, Jr, answered my inquiry by email and tx. I told him I was interested and could make a visit to the location the next day or so due to my schedule. After that was cleared I started to receive back to back txt from Mr. Castillo about how much money do I have to put down, again asking when can I come in, if I was on the other end of the phone since because I wasn't replying fast enough. I still have the the txt messages from Mr. Castillo on my person. I responded," I don't talk specifics on txt message and that was a face to face situation. Also, it was nonprofessional of him a sales person and he should known that. I told him that I would consult with one person for now on. His response was, "Please just ask for that person for now on." I understand its a business and they want a sale but not everyone operates the same way. More

After examining the vehicle we decided I didn’t wanted the car. They were extremely courteous showing us other similar used vehicles. Then they gave us a incredible offer on a new RAV4 that we couldn’t reject. They performed as a team of used cars salesmen, new cars salesmen and the managers definitively do their best to get you a great deal. Salesmen are very professional and care about their customers and the good name of the dealer. For the new Rav 4, Mr Miguel Vega took care of us, for the original used Rav 4, Mr Bernal took care of us. More
