Terrible experience Before I begin, if it was possible I would give 0 stars to this dealership as they have no redeeming qualities. My salesperson had no knowledge of the Before I begin, if it was possible I would give 0 stars to this dealership as they have no redeeming qualities. My salesperson had no knowledge of the car I was looking to purchase and the repairs (if you can even call them that) consisted of double sided tape and hope. I found the car I wanted to purchase online and called the dealership to make sure the car was still available. The car was clean and looked spectacular when I arrived. The test drive went well but it was apparent by the answers to my questions the salesperson had no knowledge of the car I was test driving. After the test drive we worked out a price. The salesperson had to call a manager in to approve the price. We filled out the paperwork for the car. This is went it started to really go down hill fast. At no point during any discussions was I told I would have to leave the car for the repairs. The only repair we discussed was a sensor cover on the front bumper that the latch had broken on. I was promised the car would be fixed first thing in the morning and I would be able to pick the car up the next day. The next day I was called by my salesperson and told they needed to order the parts for the car and it would be ready Monday. Tuesday comes and still no update on the car. I called the dealership and could not get any updates and my salesperson was in training... that evening I received a text with an update of the car will be ready tomorrow. It took me 8 days and a threat to cancel the deal to receive the car I purchased. Finally, I picked up the car and drove home. a few days later I noticed the same sensor cover the car was delayed so long for was opening again. The reason it was opening was the double sided tape they used to "fix" the cover lost its stickiness. I can not recommend enough to stay away from this dealership. Unless you want to be lied to repeatedly and have shoddy "repairs" done to your car. More
