Hieu was very knowledgeable about the Toyota cars and were able to explain every feature and optio We bought a Toyota RAV4 XLE 2017 from Hieu Nguyen. Hieu was very knowledgeable about the Toyota cars and were able to explain every feature and option in every models we asked. Hieu spent about 4 hours with us making sure we find the right car that we wanted. The whole buying process was smooth and pleasant. We bought 5 new cars in the past from other dealers, and compare to Charles Maund, this was the most pleasant experience we ever had. Although I found couple defects on a RAV4. 1. The weather strip on the trunk where the glass attached to to the frame was damaged. I showed Hieu and he said he would take care of that issue for me. 2. I discovered a small scratch on the edge of the driver door. I haven't show this scratch to Hieu yet. Besides the two issues mentioned above, I am very satisfied with the service and commitment that Hieu provided to me. I will definitely buy a car from Hieu again in the future and will recommend all my friends to buy from Hieu. More
I fly in from California I was greeted like a VIP. Picked up from the airport by my salesman/best friend Princz B. The paper process for our vehicle was smooth and very well done. It was like we spent more time getting to know the staff from the managers to the lot attendants instead of the paper process. Like meeting friends at church function vs a sale. I was very impressed and thankful. Especially since i work in the car dealership environment in California for a major European brand. I will continue to do my toyota business with this dealership as long as my guy Princz B. Is there. Loyalty, honor and commitment. Thank you More

Getting a spare key for my Tacoma Kevin in service was the one that help me. He got right to helping as I walked in the door..he said it would be a bout an hour. I live in Austin and was putting off taking into service to have some minor issues fixed until my first oil change. I worked with Rob Foley and he took excellent care of me.
