They got me in quick when I arrived, when there were many other people there. My helper was Jared, he helped me with anything and was great. Sad thing is that it does take a long time to fix, but they tell you on the phone if you ask and they have coffee and donuts available if you are there in the morning. Overall great experience. More

Service department unprofessional I had to call every day for 20+ days to find out about my vehicle and in the process my car was damaged sent to the Bodyshop. I requested pictures of the damage after I was for 20+ days to find out about my vehicle and in the process my car was damaged sent to the Bodyshop. I requested pictures of the damage after I was repaired never got pictures and I was treated very poorly. I would not recommend it. No way you know how I’ve been treated better at a small mom and Pop shop which surprise me it being a certified Toyota dealer and I am a big Toyota fan. More
