Sean Matanovic was such a great help to us Traveling from CT to FL last Saturday, my wife and I (65,75) had our battery system light come on on rt81, about 75 miles from rt77. My wife called Se Traveling from CT to FL last Saturday, my wife and I (65,75) had our battery system light come on on rt81, about 75 miles from rt77. My wife called Sean who told us they had the part and would be open until 7pm. He calmed our fears and guided us the hour and 1/2 to the dealership. Once there he got a mechanic on the job immediately. Unfortunately the engine was too hot, freezing the bolts, making it impossible to remove the alternator. We made an appt with Concord Toyota who also had the part and was open for service Sunday at 9am. Now we had to get the car to Concord. Sean not only arranged local towing, he personally drove us to our hotel in Concord. His professionalism in doing his job was outstanding. However, a young man, unknown to us, to drive us to our hotel in the dark night was basically heroic. We are forever in his debt. We can only hope North Charlotte Toyota realizes the type of human being they are fortunate to have. Thank you Sean. Very much. George and Charlene More
