To make it worse the manager was a complete jerk, he didn't apologize he just said if you want it you will buy it nothing else matters, FYI I consider that a matter of integrity but he says no, sorry small things do matter. I was walking the yard and my eyes saw this 2016 Camry XSE V6 Blizzard Pearl I fell in love with this car I told Luis Beltre I will be back for it . Couldn't sleep that night so I called the next day and told Luis Beltre to start doing the paper work it was the best decision I have ever made I love it so much I feel like a little kid with his first bike and Nicole Peters was awesome the paper work was smooth and she did everything a sales manager can do she went above and beyond. Nicole Peters and Luis Beltre make an awesome team if I can give them 10 stars I would they made my dream happen. So when you go shopping for a car buy a Toyota and go to this dealer Toyota of Orlando you won't regret it I didn't. More

We were greeted by sales rep Devin Hunt, who had us laughing from the moment we met him. It felt like we were looking at cars with someone we had known for years and not someone we had met only seconds previously. They were so helpful and showed us how we could purchase a new vehicle for the same price that we had intended purchasing a used one. John Cruz work out some numbers for us and we were able to return the next day to finalize our purchase and take our new vehicle home! Dessiree Figueroa then took care of getting us prepped and on the road. Fantastic experience, outstanding followup from start finish. More

They were helpful about pricing my existing car for trade-in. Aundre was also very supportive with some of the followup questions i had after the purchase. Wilfredo Rodriguez assisted Aundre and was very helpful and spent a lot of time during the initial test drive and then was very patient about showing me all the setup options during the final delivery of the new car. Great Service I was at the dealership on April 19, 2016 for a routine 15,000 mile service. I was greeted by Stephanie Mutter who quickly took my truck information a I was at the dealership on April 19, 2016 for a routine 15,000 mile service. I was greeted by Stephanie Mutter who quickly took my truck information and had me wait in the lobby while my truck was being serviced. I had a 10:45am appointment and although she said it would take roughly an hour and 20 minutes my truck was ready sooner. They performed a thorough inspection of my truck did my oil change and rotated my tires. I also got my truck washed. Will definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family. I love the special attention given to customers and vehicle. More
