Mixed reaction on recent service work. Took the RAV4 in for routine maintenance that included an oil change. Had scheduled our Highlander for some maintenance work the following day. Oil pan plug was not installed properly so we ended up with a pint or so of oil on garage floor. We have an extremely tight schedule for the next two weeks and explained that to Austen in the service department. He jumped through hoops to correct the problem with the RAV and enabled us to get the Highlander serviced as scheduled and not completely screw up our complicated schedule. So, zero stars for whoever forgot to tighten the plug properly and 5 stars for Austen. More
