My car was broken when I got it back and they danced around the topic when I asked them to explain how that could've happened. I brought my car in for an oil change. I thought I could in without an appointment. I called serveral times to find out the wait time. I spoke to 3 different people. No one told my I n I thought I could in without an appointment. I called serveral times to find out the wait time. I spoke to 3 different people. No one told my I needed an appointment for the oil change area of service department. I thought it was like the oil change spots that only change oil, first come first serviced. It would help to inform customers they need an appointment for an oil change. I would recommend the dealership but I would tell them about the problem with the speedy oil change service More
