Tuesday, Justin was the Service Department representative who was in charge of the regular maintenance on our 2013 Avalon. Wednesday, Bill talked to Justin about something that happened to our car. He said he was going on vacation and he would put Mich on our case! Mich was just as helpful as Justin. 2 excellent guys who make it the reason we will stay with Toyota of Rockwall!
