I would like to rescind my previous review of rockwall Toyota. When I picked up my car myself and the salesman missed some scratches on the right rear bumper. My wife brought it to my attention when I brought it home on the day of purchase. However Due to a back and shoulder injury I wasn’t able to take it in until today. Management told that they didn’t believe me and wouldn’t repair it. I told them I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again. Ken agreed with me that we had both missed the scratches on the walk around due to the lighting in the car bay. I buy a $50000 car with scratches and you balk at a $200 repair. So much for service after the fact.

To anyone reading this review if you buy from them make sure you pull the vehicle outside for your walk around inspection.

Becca and Ivan where sales people. They could never answer questions without going to ask someone else. When I bought my car, Ivan was gone more from his desk than he was sitting there with us. Not sur More

Ridiculous to take 1.5 hrs to rotate tires and check fluids. I could do this is my garage in 20 minutes. Not to mention it’s a drive to get to you facility. More
